Pulls in Tomcat 11.0.27, Spring Framework 7.0.10, pgjdbc 42.7.14, Jackson 2.21.7/3.1.7 and Netty 4.2.19, which fix OSV CRITICAL and HIGH advisories in the 4.1.0 runtime classpath.
Matches the published checksum of gradle-8.14.3-bin.zip so the wrapper refuses a tampered distribution.
Fixes GHSA-9pwp-9qqc-pr26, GHSA-574f-3g2m-x479 (CRITICAL) and GHSA-qp49-qgx5-5m26 (HIGH) reported by OSV against 1.80.

What and why
Spring Boot 4.1.0 manages Tomcat 11.0.22, pgjdbc 42.7.11 and Netty 4.2.15, which OSV flags with CRITICAL and HIGH advisories. This moves every module to Boot 4.1.2 (Tomcat 11.0.27, Spring Framework 7.0.10, pgjdbc 42.7.14, Jackson 2.21.7/3.1.7, Netty 4.2.19).
It also bumps
bcprov-jdk18onfrom 1.80 to 1.85 (GHSA-9pwp-9qqc-pr26 and GHSA-574f-3g2m-x479 CRITICAL, GHSA-qp49-qgx5-5m26 HIGH) and pins the Gradle wrapperdistributionSha256Sum. Each is its own commit.Related: Idea2Strategy/Idea2Strategy-trading-engine#163 (same Boot bump and wrapper pin in trading-engine).
