Follow-up to #38 (docs only — the bundle is unchanged, so the entry sits under Unreleased).

The working agreement from K-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skills#158 — upstream owns content, registries limit their edits to conformance, fixes go upstream instead of into the vendored copy — only holds if the steps are written down. Two syncs were patched locally, for the four-space frontmatter and for pip install, with nobody on either side knowing the other had to.

SYNC.md leads with the release attachment rather than a path list: the zip is built from SKILL.md + references/ + scripts/, so it settles what belongs in the bundle without a registry having to infer that scripts/ is included. Each guarantee names the test that holds it, so a registry can check a claim instead of taking it, and the security-triage facts about check_version.py (standard library only, two public JSON endpoints, no environment variables, no credentials) are stated once there instead of per-review.

Every test id cited in the table was run to confirm it exists and passes.

The working agreement that came out of K-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skills#158 — upstream
owns content, registries limit their edits to conformance, fixes go upstream instead of
into the vendored copy — only holds if the steps are written down. Two syncs were patched
locally for a four-space frontmatter block and a hardcoded pip command with nobody on
either side knowing the other had to.

Leads with the release attachment rather than a path list: the zip is built from SKILL.md,
references/, and scripts/, so it settles what belongs in the bundle without a registry
having to infer that scripts/ is included. Each guarantee names the test that holds it, so
a registry can check a claim rather than take it, and the security-triage facts about
check_version.py are stated once here instead of per-review.
