- Add bounded graph retrieval, recall routing, previews, and entity inspectors - Rework graph presentation and remove low-value unit-test infrastructure
- Advance the shared Hub ref to the published graph retrieval contract
- Use the published modeless InkPopup contract across all workspace consumers
- Preserve the rumination delegation journey under focal-first graph navigation
- Enter Block Inspector through its public route - Leave canvas inspect interaction to graph acceptance
- resolve concurrent path closure as not-found\n- retain contextual diagnostics behind shallow UI outcomes
- stop native node event propagation at the interaction wrapper\n- preserve keyboard focus visibility for the inspect control

增加 peer-native graph retrieval，重做 Graph navigation host、Recall/Search、preview 与 entity inspectors，删除旧 full-graph/community 实现和低价值测试。验证：pnpm check、本地 PostgREST/browser vertical；最终 Pages preview 待 UI/Hub 依赖收敛。
