+### Fixed — `instawp logs` reported "No readable log found" when the log existed
+
+`instawp logs <site> --wp` (also `--php`, `--nginx`) could say "No readable wp log found on remote host" even though the file was there and readable.
+
+- The CLI found the log paths by having the server print `<kind><TAB><path>` with `echo`. The remote login shell is bash, whose `echo` prints `\t` literally instead of a tab, so the CLI could not read the reply and resolved no log at all.
+- It now uses `printf`, which prints a real tab in bash, sh and dash, and quotes the path. The tests run the generated script under all three shells.
