Leverage Jsdocs for slot, event, prop documentation

Problem

Slots, events and props are manually documented in each component's markdown documentation. This means documentation for these could fall out of sync with the actual component.

Request

• Leverage https://www.npmjs.com/package/@vuedoc/parser to allow for inline comments in vue components to document props, events and slots
• Switch out the manually created tables in orbit for these automated tables
