Sorry, quick and dirty local hack for running EasyOCR 1.7.2 with PyTorch 2.0+ and an alternate Pillow version.
I will not test on more recent configs (or clean the local patch).
So, just pushed it as a draft PR.
I will be happy it this could be useful for anyone else.
