Feature: Test /forge end-to-end on fresh project

Goal

Run /forge from scratch on a fresh empty project to validate the full pipeline works.

Test plan

1. ./install.sh ~/projects/forge-test
2. cd ~/projects/forge-test && claude
3. /forge "build a simple task tracker"
4. Verify Phase A creates all files correctly
5. Verify hooks fire (check .builder-activity.log)
6. Verify state tracking works (check forge-state.json)
7. Verify gates block when they should

Depends on

• ADR-005: Self-describing components with frontmatter + auto-registry #6 (ADR-005: self-describing components — nice to have but not blocking)

Reopening — this was auto-closed by a PR merge but the actual end-to-end test was never performed. This remains the final validation step after all components are individually tested.
