New Touch UI interface replacing the first one that was meant to be for developing only.
It has 4 display levels:
L1= only the boton to change modes is visible (default on start)
L2= Only the top bar is visible
L3= Topbar + Comm wheel is visible
L4= Everything is visible.
1-3 are meant to be used with external controllers, reducing the number of buttons needed to be assigned.
Visibility ON/OFF and opacity is controlled from FSO F3 settings menu itself.
