This PR adjusts the site's design to be responsive allowing for a better experience on all screen sizes. The goal of this was to try to get the site looking a bit cleaner with better spacing alongside the responsiveness so that the site looks more well structured and consistent, not to completely change the look and feel.
Alongside the changes to the classes for responsive support and improved spacing, this PR also adds a mobile navbar for smaller screens with a hamburger menu button that gives a sliding drawer nav on the left. Leaving the header clean on small screens without changing the desktop look.
