[Bug]: HA not configured after use

What happened?

After adding the "Configure Home Assistant" tile and verifying that the connection is good, when I want to add a "Toggle Light" action, the dropdown list only displays "Home Assistant not configured".

Steps to reproduce (simple and exact)

1. Install HomeAssistant plugin from Marketplace on Loupedeck app
2. Add "Configure Home Assistant" tile on my Loupedeck
3. Fill a fields and test connection without errors
4. Click on "Toggle Light" and select drop menu "Ligth"
5. The only option is "Home Assistant not configured"

Hi hikuikuma,

Thank you for reporting the bug. From what I can tell it seems to be an issue with the Home Assistant Url and Token not being saved or set. Just to confirm, appart from Toggle Light, none of the other actions work either, right?

Also when the log was taken you tried the configure home assistant action, and the test connection button? Since I dont see any connection being attempted in the log.

I retry a new logs with new "Configure Home Assistant" tile and Test connection!
