test(release): the bump test bumps to a version the repo never holds - #32

The test bumped the manifests to 3.0.0 and wanted a one-line diff. Once the repo held 3.0.0, the diff was empty, so validate failed on the v3.0.0 bot pull request (#31) and blocked its merge. 99.0.0 differs from every real version. bump_sets_four_filesbumped a copy of the manifests to 3.0.0 and expected a one-line diff. The v3.0.0 bot PR (#31) sets the repo to 3.0.0, so the diff is empty and validate fails there, which blocks #31's auto-merge.The test now bumps to 99.0.0. On #31's tree,
tests/test_release.shexits 1 before this change and 0 after it.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
