[Question] Does it support PostgreSQL version 18?

I went through the release changelogs and did not find any notes indicating that support for PostgreSQL 18 was added.
Could you please confirm the latest version supports PostgreSQL 18?

@akalex The CI seems to be running a build against PG v18: https://github.com/MagicStack/asyncpg/blob/master/.github/workflows/tests.yml#L91 Also readme states that versions 9.5 to 18 are supported
