🧹 refactor: break down DocxLiveVerifyApp into focused helper functions/hooks

🎯 What: Extracted error reporting into publishVerificationError and metric recording into publishMetrics, and moved the IME neutralizer verification lifecycle into a custom hook useDocxImeNeutralizerVerification.

💡 Why: Reduces the length and complexity of DocxLiveVerifyApp in src/docx-ime-live-verify-entry.tsx, improving maintainability and readability without altering runtime behavior.

✅ Verification: Verified with npm run typecheck, npm run build, and npm test.

✨ Result: DocxLiveVerifyApp is now clean, concise, and focused purely on state initialization and harness component rendering.
