🧹 What: Refactored parseMarkdownBlocks in src/vault/markdownToDocx.ts by decomposing the large function into focused helper functions (parseCodeBlock, parseListBlock, parseQuoteBlock, and parseParagraphBlock).

💡 Why: Reduces function length and cognitive complexity, significantly improving maintainability and readability without altering any Markdown parsing logic or behavior.

✅ Verification: Ran npm run typecheck, npm run lint, and node --test tests/markdown-to-docx.test.mjs. All checks and tests passed cleanly.

✨ Result: Clean, modular block parsing in markdownToDocx.ts.
