Upgrade to Calcit 0.14.17 and complete strict migration

Upgrade Calcit and @calcit/procs to 0.14.17, refresh all Calcit modules, and complete the default strict-type migration.

Key changes:

• replace direct highlight.js calls with typed host adapters
• model the app store and Reel boundary explicitly
• replace raw DOM traversal, localStorage, window listeners, timers, and speech synthesis access with typed browser adapters
• remove the legacy optional parameter from persistence
• reduce quality debt: type-none 12 → 0, schema Dynamic 16 → 1, unsafe-coerce 9 → 5
• keep dynamic method dispatch at 0
