No deny list refuses posting, --links and --json; an invalid regex keeps its valid alternatives. Per-project bug log plus a safe way to file those bugs to the right public repo.
docs/bugs.jsonl: one row per bug (id, date, target mxcli|toolkit, title, repro, expected, actual, versions, workaround, status open|filed|fixed, issue_url).bin/file-bugs.sh --addappends a row with the next free PBUG-NN. The PBUG prefix keeps project-local ids apart from the toolkit ledger numbers (bug-submission-checklist §0); the public number is the issue.bin/file-bugs.sh: dry run by default (redacted title and body, likely duplicates viagh issue list --search). Posting needs--file PBUG-NNor--allplus an y/N per bug read from the terminal; writes status and issue_url back.
