…otocol validation N.B. This is a copy taken from the 'shared' stack implementation, and has been pushed without validation checks
Move firewall rule and association locals from main.tf into locals.tf to follow module file conventions. Add a "What this module enforces" section to the r53 README. Include regenerated .github/dependabot.yaml from pre-commit automation.
