Create a host-only Cargo workspace that specializes selected CUB forms through NVRTC and reports exact scratch layouts with their LTO output. Bind specialization identities to source, headers and toolkit bytes. Include a runnable provider example, Rust guide and CPU checks. Signed-off-by: Trent Nelson <trent@trent.me>

Reuse the same helper sites with 64- and 128-thread kernels and retain one device static across their emitted bodies. Check each launch plan and preserve fixed external-symbol diagnostics. Signed-off-by: Trent Nelson <trent@trent.me>
Select fixture output locations from raw CUDA coordinates and exercise payload initialization, access and copying at both item counts. Annotate compile-fail examples and clarify hierarchy ordering in the guide. Signed-off-by: Trent Nelson <trent@trent.me>

Superseded by #12088, which now owns this implementation within its complete feature family. The original commits, branch and validation evidence remain available. This draft is closed unmerged.
Historical scope and validation below refer to the original source heads.
Physical and logical warps can select Striped, Vectorize or Transpose through the same group-first Load/Store API. Logical widths are powers of two from 1 through 32. Transpose gets independent compiler-planned scratch per group and permutes values and validity on mutable Store; Striped and Vectorize preserve the payload.
This follows #12114 and uses the matching compiler in NVIDIA/cuda-rust#1593. Review the Warp algorithms diff (10 files); the main-base diff includes its prerequisites. The guide covers algorithm selection and native shared-memory composition.
Current host tests, provider MSRV, strict Clippy, rustdoc and guide builds pass. All 130 native requests and 156 compiler controls pass. Both focused DEV consumers pass numerical checks and memcheck, racecheck and synccheck, covering replicated scratch, mixed Block/Warp reuse, validity, offsets and payload preservation. Inspection accounts for all 18 kernel entries and 41 executable sections, including actual calls, ABI, scratch and resource use. These results establish the stated correctness scope; no code/resource equality or general performance claim is made.
Current-head host CI, pre-commit and project checks pass. CodeRabbit skips review while this PR is draft.
