docs: apply the official brand to the README - #14

Replace the hero with a banner built from the official lockup, align the badges with the design-system tokens, and add the brand kit under docs/brand (lockups, symbol, favicon, tokens, social preview). The lockup SVGs shipped with live Space Grotesk text, so anything rendering them without the webfont — GitHub included — fell back to a system font and lost the letterforms. Every SVG here is outlined and self-contained.

Advance widths were checked against what the real webfont produces (
