docs: close R0 literature baseline

• add a reproducible scoped literature protocol and 35-source classified bibliography
• separate Agent Harness, Linux reference lab, and FlowKernel target evidence lines
• add the required-field prior-art matrix and RQ1-RQ11 traceability
• close the literature gate while keeping R0 explicitly Planned
• extend deterministic repository verification for the new evidence records
