## Octopus Deploy for Jira on Atlassian Connect EOL - January 2027

As of January 2027, Atlassian will no longer support the legacy Connect framework.
In response to this, we have updated the [Octopus Deploy for Jira](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220376/octopus-deploy-for-jira) application to support to new Atlassian Forge framework.
Customers must ensure their Octopus Deploy for Jira installations are up to date in order for the application to continue functioning after January 31 2027.
Admin approval will be required in order to update the installation.

## Windows Tentacle Docker container {#windows-tentacle-docker-deprecation}

Support for the Windows Tentacle Docker container is discontinued. The last version to support it is `12.1.4445`. A Linux Tentacle Docker container remains available.
