Main changes explained:

• Fixed the Bell Notification task Completion and week ending

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ Assign the task on your name
6. Add 50%,75% and 90% time on that task
7. Check the bell notification for task completion
8. Move the time to end of the week to test 48h and 24h reminers
