Adding gottrix (https://gottrix.app), a privacy-first PDF (and image/audio/video/data) toolkit that manipulates, merges, compresses, and converts files entirely client-side via WebAssembly, no server-side processing - similar positioning to BentoPDF already listed here. Closed-source, free to use. I'm the maintainer, disclosing that here.
