App::reset(mode, baud) stores the bootloader baud, sets the run mode and resets, in that order
The app's Reset command goes through it, so the ordering lives in one place
Lets an app with its own protocol start a firmware update without duplicating tinyboot's reset logic
tinyboot-core 0.6.1
