Warforged not spawning when crafted

Description:
I crafted a warforged in the creation forge and it just doesn't spawn

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behaviour, e.g.
just craft any warforged

Expected Behaviour
I expected for a pawn to appear

Additional context
i do have a bunch of mods and minify everything was messing with the spawning at start but i added the warforged to the disable list and still it didn't spawn

seems like the log only says "Tried to spawn Carver in a null map."

Can't reproduce it on my end, I'm thinking it might be a conflict but I can't narrow down what exactly could be conflicting from the error. Is there anything special about the map you're doing it on?

It's an ancient garrison map from the Odyssey dlc, other than that there's nothing diferent, will test on another tile

so i tried in a different tile and it worked perfectly, seems to be an issue with the ancient garrison or maybe the special tiles added by Odyssey, will try a different special tile to confirm

Interesting if that's what's blocking it, I'm not even sure how it could work around that since it just uses the map the building is on to place it. And I'm guessing there's nothing blocking the interaction spot for the structure?

the creation forge was inside the pregen building let me try placing it outside
