Bumps the docker-images group in /docker with 3 updates: alpine, spiffe/spire-agent and spiffe/spire-server.

Updates alpine from 3.23 to 3.24

Updates spiffe/spire-agent from 1.15.1 to 1.15.2

Updates spiffe/spire-server from 1.15.0 to 1.15.2
