Catalog launch gains private typed options/material/validation endpoints owned by Catalog, with source/version CAS and explicit typed question answers. Safe DTOs omit defaults and Compose payloads. Human-only answers and Engine-verified references stay on the private channel; ordinary Catalog reads remain compatible.
This prepares unpublished v0.20.17. Matching Engine private-proxy blocking, active actor/Key read+create+update checks, encrypted plans, human confirmation and bounded Compose execution remain required. Loopback alone does not establish the caller. No runtime/browser/role acceptance is claimed.
Validation: the reviewed 15-file Catalog owner source remains unchanged, within the combined 40-file receipt 8c91eed17b62ba434c05e9c47b3d2bb2ccb3e3da03f5a8e01a9ab3c31864826d. Previously 18 focused cases passed with local Go 1.26.6. Version/docs are updated and CI now retains its original archive. Dependencies/security gates remain unchanged. Official Go 1.27.3 build/race/reproducibility/security/CodeQL must pass before merge. Publication is separate.
