Rebuild only the existing Compose binaries with the official checksum-pinned Go 1.27.3 compiler. Keep Ubuntu base, dependency/module floors, behavior, compatibility aliases, legal inputs, and scanner policy unchanged. Advance current candidate coordinates to 0.14.38 while preserving immutable 0.14.37 publication. Add exact compiler/archive source guards and actual product Go buildinfo verification. Five offline source-coordinate checks passed; Linux build, existing component tests, reproducibility, CodeQL and security scan remain normal CI gates. No Server/VM/deployment changes or scanner exceptions.
