Rebuild the unchanged Host API runtime with officially fixed Go 1.27.3 and exact amd64/arm hashes. Preserve the Go 1.26 language floor, full CI, race/reproducibility checks, scanner pins, security predicates, and numeric release contracts. Update the obsolete single-maintenance-commit provenance base to the existing published main; require exactly one new non-merge commit. Qualify the actual unpacked binary, its producer metadata, and both inner SHA256 manifests before scanning the product. No runtime/API feature, SECURITY policy, threshold, or ignore changes. Five targeted source-contract tests passed; the original complete manual release gate and required CodeQL remain mandatory before publication.
