Scope
Preserve confirmed authorization-loss evidence when Proxy transport closes first. Distinguish confirmed denial from unverifiable checks; all non-allowed checks remain fail closed. Freeze one terminal event within the existing total report budget.
Verification
Controlled barrier coverage includes proxy-first and host-first cancellation, expiry, outages, completed work and retries. Enable the existing isolated Docker integration fixture in normal CI, with real log output followed by a blocking FIFO for in-flight cases. The proxy URL test verifies the actual running version rather than an obsolete release literal.
Supersedes #5, whose first security run exposed that stale version fixture; its failed result is retained. This is a fresh single-parent candidate preserving the existing one-commit gate. Required CodeQL, full Go/race tests, security scans and original-byte packaging checks must pass before normal merge. No production deployment or runtime patch.
