The source inventory checksum was calculated from a Windows working copy before Git normalized the review manifest to LF. Correct that single checksum to the exact committed manifest bytes. The producing helper now serializes and hashes the same canonical LF bytes.
The code, resources and POM subtrees are identical to the already tested implementation; its passing functional evidence is retained. Seven focused producer checks passed. A new original CI artifact and unchanged required checks will establish publication provenance; this does not claim an unchanged binary or runtime acceptance.
