Selected Project and load-balancer name/description changes retain normal human review, fresh native role/schema/Key limits, revision/CAS and one durable process claim. Other visible Projects require normal context selection and a fresh reference before editing. Load-balancer changes require readable Stack context, and pending receipts reject changed resource or Stack identity even when metadata values happen to match. Ports, lbConfig, certificates, scaling, lifecycle and children remain separate.

Ordinary Full, legacy and custom native Project updates share the native queued owner. Typed Project discovery uses the native collection option and existing common Key filter. Optional fixed Bridge binding audit detail is negotiated through the existing start ACK and remains client-reported. Six role-field metadata additions add no routes, actions or grants.

The reviewed feature union contains 27 paths on published Engine371. All 173 prior required identities remain registered, with 26 new methods (199 total), including eight load-balancer methods. The canonical audit contract method resides in framework/auditing; auth-logic retains its native private-capture tests without an auditing implementation dependency. C03 source extraction preserves all 1396 tuples and authority semantics across 463 actual inputs. APT index updates fail closed before installation on any failed index.

The changed LB receipt method passed prior-source red/current-source green; the moved audit method passed its four canonical events. Necessary full Maven module CI, original artifact/compiled-schema qualification and matching Server native acceptance remain pending. Published installation examples continue to use Engine371.
