Extend the existing twelve tools with bounded External Service, DNS Alias and typed audit metadata workflows. Alias creation is empty/stopped; target binding needs selected opaque Service references and another human-reviewed plan. Preserve same-name choices, native role/Key limits, session generations and existing Catalog/Archive behavior.
Ship the new shared modules and tests in bridge0.2.3, execute audit cases in CI, and correct stale Cookie-only machine guidance. No dependency graph changes. Candidate README, compatibility and workflow guides distinguish unpublished source from the current immutable release.
Verification: 21 integrated new-domain cases and five directly affected review-label cases passed; original stale-error oracle failure is retained and only its corrected case was rerun. Independent review found and verified the packaging/guidance fixes. Required full CI/CodeQL, actual source-ZIP clean installation and real Server/browser/role/weak-model workflows remain pending. This batch is partial frontend coverage, not completion of all 243 business groups.
