Rebuild the unchanged runtime behavior using official SHA256-pinned Go 1.27.3 archives for CVE-2026-111943 (crypto/x509). Preserve the existing Ubuntu snapshot, architecture paths, modules, vendored dependencies, and HIGH/CRITICAL gates. Advance only the numeric maintenance version and compiler/readback contracts. Existing releases stay immutable; Server assembly and native acceptance are separate. Required CodeQL and the exact-source Security release gate must pass before normal merge.
