"Deal up to 40% more Damage to Enemies based on their missing Concentration" didn't parse. It now scales linearly with a new Config option, "Enemy's missing Concentration %" (0-100, shown when the build has No Mercy): 50% missing gives 20% more Damage, 100% gives the full 40%.

Description of the problem being solved:

No Mercy's "Deal up to 40% more Damage to Enemies based on their missing Concentration" didn't parse, so Witchhunters with the node got no damage from it.

It now scales linearly with a new Config option, "Enemy's missing Concentration %" (0–100). The option is in "For Effective DPS" next to the enemy Life options and is shown when the build has No Mercy. With 50% missing you get 20% more Damage; with 100% missing, the full 40%. It defaults to 0. ModCache.lua is regenerated; only the No Mercy line changes.

Steps taken to verify a working solution:

  • New spec/System/TestNoMercy_spec.lua: the node (46535) parses fully; Fireball DPS is ×1.2 at 50% and ×1.4 at 100% missing Concentration; values above 100 cap at ×1.4
  • Full busted suite passes (906 successes)
