Fixes #9031 .

Description of the problem being solved:

• Adds a drop down menu in the config to allow selection of a minion to explode and use their calculated corpse life as base damage of the explosion. Default method still uses the Enemy Corpse Life field as source for the explosion.
• Changes the default mode of Death Wish to Minion Explosion.

Steps taken to verify a working solution:

• Add maw to your build
• Add a minion to explode to your build
• Select the minion in the skill options
• Speccing minion life now correctly increases damage done by death wish automatically.
• support gem sorting for dps now correctly suggest linking minion life to the exploded minion.
