Consume upstream distributional calibration from policyengine-uk-data - #3
Merged
Conversation
…ng here Remove the in-repo BUS05ai regional recalibration shim: distributional calibration of bus_fare_spending (BUS05ai London/outside-London split, NTS0705a income-quintile anchoring) now lives upstream in policyengine-uk-data (PolicyEngine/policyengine-uk-data#447). This repo keeps only reform modelling and the dashboard. Blocked on the upstream merge and a new Enhanced FRS release: DATASET_REVISION must be bumped and results regenerated before merging. What changed
bus_fare_spending(BUS05ai London/outside-London receipts split + NTS0705a income-quintile trip-rate anchoring) now lives upstream in Anchor bus fare distribution to DfT BUS05ai and NTS0705a policyengine-uk-data#447.Blocked on
DATASET_REVISIONinpipeline.pyto that release and regenerating the results JSON (headline and distribution will update to the upstream-calibrated values).Draft until all three are done — merging before the dataset release would revert the dashboard to the uncalibrated London/income distribution.
