• replace the public --probe path with one in-app, consented compatibility-report workflow with exact JSON preview, save, and a dedicated GitHub issue form
• exclude current setting values and persistent identifiers; add adversarial privacy tests and collision-safe capability archive ingestion
• surface recovery on the Dashboard with latest reversible change, shared rollback confirmation, drift check, and audit history navigation
• add a read-only running-application picker for QoS and present the existing layered diagnosis as one complete check
• refresh alpha copy, localization, README, archive guidance, agent tooling, and CI archive checks
