[FEATURE]: Increase or Decrease the subtitle offset for more than 10 seconds

Sometimes, the subtitles may be more than 10 seconds ahead / behind, so the 10 seconds limit does not allow the subtitles to be correctly synced.

I'd like to submit a PR increasing the offset limit. I'm submitting this issue so I can link into the PR, following the "Pull Request Process" of the proposed documentation in #290

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've considered opening the stream with an external player, but given the simplicity of the issue, I don`t see why I should use an external player
