logger state, also register the original MONAIPhysioBase._class_filter and
logger.level with monkeypatch so both are restored at teardown after
re-initialization; preserve the existing _logger_initialized and handlers
restoration.

🟡 Minor · Tag library handlers by ownership, not by name. · monai_physio_base.py:182-184

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winTag library handlers by ownership, not by name.
_initialize_shared_loggerremoves every handler named"MONAIPhysio". A caller can name its own handler with that string, and the library removes it.set_log_levelhas the same name check, so it can change the level of that caller handler too. The class comment says caller-attached handlers must survive.Suggested fix

Define the marker alongside `_HANDLER_NAME` and set it on each console and file handler created by the library.

MONAIPhysioBase gains a class-wide progress callback, set once like the log
level. Workflows and registrars report a fraction in [0, 1] plus a short
message to it, so a caller such as a 3D Slicer extension can drive a progress
bar through the whole tutorial-0 pipeline. With no callback set, behavior and
output are unchanged.
Each workflow divides [0, 1] into fixed ranges per step, as if every optional
step ran; a disabled step is skipped and the bar jumps over it. Reports made
inside a range, including by registrars the workflow calls, are mapped into
it, and the fraction never decreases within a run. log_progress() keeps its
signature and logging, also reports current/total to the callback, and takes
log=False for per-iteration loops.
Reporting covers:
labelmap-to-labelmap, labelmap-to-image (Greedy, ICON per step), apply
transforms. Ranges follow stage times measured on tutorial 0's lung fit on
a GPU.
network because icon_registration owns the loop and offers no callback.
While a callback is set, the library's per-step ICONLoss prints go to the
debug log instead of stdout.
RegisterModelsPCA, RegisterModelsDistanceMaps.
WorkflowInferMovement.process_time_series (per stage: prediction,
deformation field, warp; then USD), WorkflowConvertVTKToUSD.
The shared "MONAIPhysio" logger no longer drops handlers a caller attached
before the first MONAI Physio object was created, and set_log_level() changes
only the handlers MONAI Physio added.
Tutorial 0 shows a short print-based callback.
No public API is removed or changed; no migration entry is needed.
Known gaps: Greedy runs as one opaque call (about a third of tutorial 0's fit
on a GPU), so the bar holds still during it. In process_time_series, building
the deformation field takes about 88% of each stage; it reports start and end
only.
Testing: new tests for the progress mapping and logger handling, a real-data
fit on KCL heart meshes (Greedy engine; ICON engine marked requires_gpu,
which also checks ICONLoss stays off stdout), a check that results are
unchanged with and without a callback, and progress tests for the other three
workflows. Fast suite: 371 passed. GPU progress tests: 13 passed.
