What changes

_posts/2022-12-21.md ("Central Bank of Chile Workshops", added in December 2022) has never been published. Its filename has no title after the date, so Jekyll doesn't treat it as a post: it isn't on /news/, in the feed, or anywhere else on the site. The CBC workshops themselves are listed on the Workshops page.

  • Rename it to _posts/2022-12-21-cbc-workshops.md, matching its image (assets/img/cbc-workshops.jpg) and the 2024 post (2024-05-15-cbc-workshop.md). It then publishes at /2022/12/21/cbc-workshops.html.
  • Fix the excerpt: "workshops of scientific…" becomes "workshops on scientific…", as the body already reads. The excerpt shows on /news/ from now on.

What to expect

  • The post appears in the /news/ archive under 2022. The home-page cards are unchanged, because they show the newest posts.
  • feed.xml lists every post, so it gains this item with its 2022 date. Some feed readers may show it as new once.

Check on the preview

  • /2022/12/21/cbc-workshops.html renders, with its image.
  • /news/ lists "Central Bank of Chile Workshops" between the November 2022 and January 2023 posts.

Found while checking the site after #265.

The file was named _posts/2022-12-21.md, with no title after the
date, so Jekyll never read it as a post and it has not appeared on
/news/ since it was added in December 2022. Rename it to
2022-12-21-cbc-workshops.md, matching its image and the 2024 CBC
post, so it publishes at /2022/12/21/cbc-workshops.html.

Also correct "workshops of" to "workshops on" in the excerpt, as the
body already reads.

Copilot review overview

🟢 Approval recommended

The change is a low-risk content correction (file rename plus a one-word grammar fix) whose claims—image existence, body/excerpt consistency, and filename convention—were all verified.

What changed in this PR

This PR publishes a news post that has been dormant since December 2022. The file _posts/2022-12-21.md lacked a title slug after the date, so Jekyll never treated it as a post and it never appeared on /news/, in feed.xml, or elsewhere. Renaming it to include a slug makes Jekyll render it, and a one-word excerpt fix corrects the grammar. This is a small content-only correction that surfaces an already-written post about the Central Bank of Chile workshops.

Changes:

  • Rename _posts/2022-12-21.md → _posts/2022-12-21-cbc-workshops.md so Jekyll publishes it (at /2022/12/21/cbc-workshops.html), matching the naming of the 2024 CBC post and the cbc-workshops.jpg image.
  • Fix the excerpt wording from "workshops of scientific…" to "workshops on scientific…", aligning it with the post body.
File Description
_posts/2022-12-21-cbc-workshops.md Renamed to add a title slug so the post is published, and corrected the excerpt preposition to match the body text.
