scons --target=iar直接生成工程后编译 可见 如下重复定义报错，经翻越变更记录， 为 #10618 引入，提交记录990fc23628a0ce6285162abfe1f36e08e3592d60
撤销变更后可以正常编译执行

影响范围

所有M4使用到此文件均受影响
