Added

• Statesman::BulkTransition, which transitions many parents from one state to another in a single transaction with a fixed number of queries (a flip of the current most_recent rows, one insert_all!, and one cached-current-state update if configured). Works with the ActiveRecord adapter on PostgreSQL, MySQL (including mysql_gaplock_protection) and SQLite. Like transition_to!, it flips the previous transition and updates the cached current state, but it does not run guards, before/after callbacks or ActiveRecord validations/callbacks on the transition model. Supports per-parent overrides via metadata_per_id and attributes_per_id, and an optional block that is called inside the transaction with a lazy ActiveRecord::Relation over the newly inserted transitions. Parents not in the from state are skipped, so a batch is safe to re-run. Assumes a non-STI transition table and a single-column parent primary key.
