Follow-up to #516. It applies the two updates from #517 and #518 that were not on
mainyet. It also points Dependabot atmain..github/dependabot.ymlno longer sends updates todevelopment. That branch has not changed in 6 months, so updates opened against it never reachedmain.actions/setup-pythonv7: used insdk-python.ymlandrelease-python.yml. v7 removes thepip-installinput, which these workflows do not use.actions/setup-gov7: used insdk-go.yml.@anthropic-ai/sdk0.131:^0.110did not allow it.Checks: format:check and typecheck pass, lint has 0 errors, 2,131 tests pass, and build and docs:check pass.
