Connect Gemfile evaluation, source acquisition, resolution and conventional installation without wiring them into the CLI. Prepare RubyGems and Bundler compatible bundles with cached Git and path snapshots.

Keep archive identities and platform locks consistent during bundle preparation. Route scoped dependencies to their registry and support Bundler-compatible or command-based credentials.
