fix: sync sdk with orchestration spec

Context

Closes SAP/ai-sdk-python-backlog#58.

What this PR does and why it is needed

• Option to drop unsupported params
• Provider specific fields in LLMChoice and LLMChoiceStreaming
• Allow config overrides: [feat] and fix commits from orchestration
• prompt is not required anymore in PromptTemplatingModuleConfig
• Timeout was increased to 1200 seconds
• Multiple changes/additions in embedding inputs/types
• Data masking file input
• Add file content to UserChatMessage
• Feedback service related headers (we don't have the AI-Object-Store-Secret-Name header currently)

Definition of Done

• Code is tested (Unit, Integration, E2E)
• Error handling created / updated & covered by the tests above
• Documentation updated
  • Only Public APIs are allowed to be used in documentation/tutorials/sample code
• (Optional) Aligned changes with the JS/TS and Java SDK
• (Optional) Release notes updated -->
