The STIG settings are hindering user passwd setting in multihost/alltests. Changing from using passwd --stdin to an echo|chpasswd. Also, removed commented code from original change. Reviewed-by: Madhuri Upadhye <mupadhye@redhat.com> (cherry picked from commit 18a9902)
