vitest 5.0.0 dropped vite from its own `dependencies` and kept it only
as a non-optional peerDependency, so the Node samples — which have no
other Vite usage — could no longer start the test runner:
Error [ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND]: Cannot find package 'vite' imported from
node_modules/vitest/dist/chunks/index.B89dZ0-N.js
Pinned to 8.2.2 to match the version the React, Vue and Angular samples
already resolve.
