DOMPurify 3.4.11

Note

Low Risk
Patch-level dependency bump with a targeted sanitizer config fix; lockfile-only churn elsewhere. No app source changes.

Overview
Bumps dompurify in packages/app from 3.4.10 to 3.4.11 and refreshes pnpm-lock.yaml.

The app uses DOMPurify (e.g. in AiChartResult) to sanitize HTML in chart tooltips that may come from LLM output. 3.4.11 includes a fix for leaky hook configuration via setConfig, plus routine dependency and tooling updates in the upstream release.

The lockfile diff also reflects transitive version shifts from reinstall (Babel, terser, webpack-related packages, etc.); there are no application code changes beyond the declared dependency version.
