Fixes crew #2423

Summary

Annotates the DOCS_REALITY_AUDIT_2026-06-26 audit file and its JSON sidecars to mark /api/v1/odds/export as internal-only since PR #1159, neutralizing seven stale "document this / add to openapi.json" recommendations in the audit. No spec, no MDX content, no code changed — annotation only.

Files changed:

  • DOCS_REALITY_AUDIT_2026-06-26.md — superseded banner at top; H61 endpoint table row struck and annotated with openapi regen guard; engineering-decision policy note, remediation plan item 8, addendum bullet, and addendum net-effect sentence all struck.
  • DOCS_REALITY_AUDIT_2026-06-26_findings.json_annotation_2026_07_06 key supersedes H61; notes stale line number.
  • DOCS_REALITY_AUDIT_2026-06-26_followup.json — same annotation; supersedes the census-v2 gap-finding.

Verification

  • The route is wrapped internalOnly(oddsExportHandler) in sago origin/main — customer key returns 404.
  • The public openapi spec currently has zero /odds/export refs — no spec change needed.
  • The governing decision ("do NOT document /odds/export") was already recorded before this PR.

Gate

CHECK 1 WARN no changed test files (verify the fix truly needs none)
CHECK 2 PASS all claimed paths present
CHECK 3 PASS no leaked state in diff
CHECK 4 PASS no workflow changes
CHECK 5 PASS no binary fixtures changed
GATE: PASS
